2. Language

Under the Law of Ukraine No. 2704-VIII "On ensuring the functioning of Ukrainian as the state language" of 25 April 2019, a Ukrainian-language version of this website is provided for consumers in Ukraine.

3. Services and user obligations

We provide listing, guest communication, pricing and property-management services. You must give accurate property and identity details, hold the right to let the property, meet registration and tax duties, and use the service lawfully.

4. Bookings and payments

Prices, fees and cancellation terms are shown before confirmation. We may decline or cancel a booking if information is inaccurate or the law is breached.

5. Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect losses, guest conduct or events beyond our reasonable control. Rights that cannot be limited by law remain unaffected.

6. Advertising claims

Statements about our services are accurate and substantiated under the Law of Ukraine No. 270/96-ВР "On Advertising" of 3 July 1996.

7. Complaints and dispute resolution

Send complaints to contact@kyrovela.com; we reply within 30 days. Consumer rights apply under the Law of Ukraine No. 3153-IX "On Consumer Protection" of 10 June 2023.

8. Personal data and cookies

Personal data is processed on a lawful basis with a privacy notice and data-subject rights under the Law of Ukraine No. 3838-IX "On Personal Data Protection" of 20 June 2024. Non-essential cookies require prior informed consent and an opt-out under the Law of Ukraine No. 1089-IX "On Electronic Communications" of 16 December 2020.
